2009 Western Canadian Ringette Championships

Team Hostess Information

Saskatoon Ringette Association will be providing a Hostess for each team participating in the 2009 Western Canadian Ringette Championships.

Novice and Petite level players will be assigned as Hostesses for each team, providing these young athletes the opportunity to experience a high level of ringette and the general excitement this event brings.

Team Responsibilities

Bring an extra team jersey for the Hostess to wear during the games and opening ceremonies. The jerseys will be returned following the competition.
Teams are encouraged to provide their Hostess with a gift of appreciation for their time and commitment.
Teams to include a banquet ticket for the Hostess in the team numbers for the closing ceremonies.
Depending on personal preference and game schedules, Hostesses may be included in team activities.
Hostesses will be encouraged to sit with their teams parents and fans during games - Hostesses are not allowed on the bench.

Hostesses will be introduced to their team at the registration, prior to the Opening Ceremonies.
