Please be prepared to have your teams in Saskatoon prior to 6:00 p.m. to
participate in the festivities.

Wednesday March 25th, 2009
- Teams arrivals
- Practice Ice available to Teams at Harold Latrace 1 & 2
- Contact Brenda King at office@saskatoonringette.com to book your practice ice. Ice Rental is $125/hour.
- 6:30 -7:30: Teams Registrations PAC Centre at the University of Saskatchewan in Room 161
- 7:30-8:00: Teams line up for Opening Ceremonies PAC Centre (downstairs hallway)
- 8:00-8:30: Opening Ceremonies PAC Centre
- 9:00-9:30: Coaches Meeting PAC Room 161
- 9:30-11:00: Coaches Social Presidential Suite Parktown Hotel
Thursday March 26th, 2009
- Round robin games: Cosmo Civic Centre, Harold Latrace 1 & 2
- Teams Photos Western Development Museum See Team Photograph Schedule
- Skills Competition held in the evening at Harold Latrace 1 See Skills Competition
Friday March 27th, 2009
- Completion of Round Robin games
- Team Photos-Schedule
- Tie Breaker mini games will be played if required
Saturday March 28th, 2009
- Semi final games
- Final games
- Closing Banquet and Awards Saskatoon Inn (2002 Airport Drive)
Sunday March 29th, 2009
